CONCEPTUALIZATION
We get to know you, understand your needs and how you want your home to feel. We collaboratively look at imagery, themes, edit and create cohesion.
DEVELOPMENT
We create conceptual drawings, including scaled floor plans showing furniture placement; design boards that encapsulate color schemes, materials and finishes. Depending on the scale of the project, the proposal may include additional sketches, perspective drawings and full color renderings.
DESIGN & DOCUMENTATION
We finalize floor plans, provide a detailed list of materials and finishes, and outline specifications, schedules, and timelines.
